職夢啟航 正美同行—— 瑞芳高工學生深化產學連結，收穫豐碩

2025年度「職夢啟航，正美同行」設計提案競賽於6月12日在正美集團總部圓滿落幕，吸引鶯歌工商與瑞芳高工共17位學生參與。參賽學生以正美六大事業部產品為核心，並結合聯合國永續發展目標（SDGs），提出兼具創意與實用價值的設計方案，在現場展現亮眼表現。在設計提案的競賽者中，有兩名同學獲得實習機會。

 

其中，來自瑞芳高工機械製圖科的吳怡嫻同學，獲選進入正美台北廠工程課，展開為期兩個月的專業實習。本次計畫聚焦於印刷製程與工程應用，協助學生將課堂所學與產業實務緊密結合。而另一位梁同學則於參與一個月後，因個人生涯規劃考量，選擇提前結束實習。

 

在為期兩個月的實習期間，怡嫻不僅學習工程圖解讀與繪製，並操作與觀摩印刷及加工機台，累積第一線製程經驗；同時協助製程管理與報告撰寫，逐步熟悉工廠運作流程。在主管與同仁的耐心指導下，她快速適應職場環境，並透過交流不斷提升溝通與協作能力。她憑藉著質樸可愛、準時積極、活潑負責的個性，以主動積極的態度投入實習，不僅成功融入團隊，也為工作環境帶來了溫暖與快樂的氛圍，最終贏得所有人的喜愛與肯定。

 

8月20日，正美教育基金會執行董事汪郁蓁特別召集正美台北廠工程課實習同仁及集團總部協力單位，進行實習訪視。訪視過程中，怡嫻分享了實習的學習心得與日常點滴，展現她在專業成長與職場適應上的豐碩成果。

 

The 2025 "Starting Your Career with Cymmetrik" Design Proposal Competition successfully concluded on June 12^th at Cymmetrik Headquarters. The event attracted 17 students from Yingge Vocational High School and Jui-Fang Industrial High School, who presented creative and practical design solutions by integrating the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) with products from Cymmetrik’s six major business divisions. Following their outstanding presentations, two students were offered internship opportunities.

 

Wu Yixian, a student from Jui-Fang Industrial High School’s Mechanical Drafting Department, was selected for a two-month professional internship with the Engineering Department at Cymmetrik’s Taipei plant. This program was designed to help students apply classroom knowledge to real-world industry practices, with a focus on printing processes and engineering applications. Another student, Liang, ended her internship after one month for personal career reasons.

 

During her internship, Yixian gained valuable hands-on production experience by learning to interpret and draw engineering diagrams and operating and observing various printing and processing machinery. She also assisted with process management and report writing, which helped her quickly familiarize herself with factory operations. Under the patient guidance of her supervisors and colleagues, she adapted to the workplace and honed her communication and collaboration skills. Her positive and proactive attitude allowed her to seamlessly integrate into the team, where her lively personality brought a sense of warmth and joy to the workplace, earning her everyone's affection and recognition.

 

On August 20, Bettina Wang, Executive Director of the Cymmetrik Education Foundation, led an internship visit with supporting units from the group headquarters to the Taipei plant. During the visit, Yixian shared her insights and daily experiences, showcasing her significant professional growth and adaptability.
