【新北市,2025年3月21日】正美教育基金會攜手新北市政府教育局、Skills for U社團法人國際技能發展協會、鶯歌工商及瑞芳高工,共同簽署產學合作備忘錄,正式啟動2025年度「職夢啟航 正美同行」計畫。此次合作旨在透過企業參訪、提案競賽及有薪實習機會,為技職學生提供更完善的職涯發展平台,幫助他們實現夢想。
延續去年的成功經驗,今年的計畫不僅新增合作學校瑞芳高工,更擴大實習名額與實習時長,提供六名學生暑期實習機會,讓更多技職青年能夠親身體驗職場環境,累積實務經驗。
簽署儀式上,正美教育基金會執行董事汪郁蓁分享基金會的初衷:「透過設置獎助學金與產學合作計畫,協助技職學生順利就學,並培養優秀人才。」新北市教育局長張明文則表示,這項計畫能夠有效提升台灣青年競爭力,並為學生創造更多職涯發展的機會。
此外,Skills for U執行長黃偉翔、正美集團策略長梅國卿、鶯歌工商高錦惠主任,以及曾參與設計競賽並獲益的學生代表,也分別發表演說,分享合作計畫帶來的實質影響與成長機會。
正美教育基金會預計於5月份舉辦首場產學合作活動,持續為技職青年提供資源與指導,助力他們在職涯道路上穩健前行。未來,基金會將持續深化產學合作,攜手更多夥伴,共同培育台灣技職新秀。
On March 21st Cymmetrik Education Foundation signed a joint memorandum with the New Taipei City Government Education department, Skills for U International, New Taipei City Municipal Yingge Vocational High School, and Jiu-Fang Industrial High School pledging support for this year's collaboration program. This cooperation aims to provide students with technical and vocational career training through corporate visits, design proposal competitions, and paid internship opportunities. Building off the success of last year, this year's collaboration also includes an additional partner school, Jiu-Fang Industrial High School, as well as an increased number of internship opportunities and length, allowing for six students to intern for a period of six-months.
Speaking at the event, Cymmeitrk Education Foundation Director Bettina Wang shared the foundations intention, that through the establishment of scholarship and industry-youth collaboration, they can help vocational students to succeed both academically and in future career endeavors. New Taipei City Education Bureau Director Zhang Mingwen, expressed his optimism about the power of this program to uplift Taiwanese youth and afford them more opportunities for success. Additional speakers included Skills for U International CEO Huang Weixiang, Cymmetrik CSO Dr. Alex Mei, Yingge Vocational High School Teacher Chen Yiling, as well as students who participated in last year's design competition and experienced real benefits and growth opportunities from the program.
Cymmetrik's Education Foundation will hold its first Industry-Youth Collaboration Event in May and will continue to provide resources ad opportunities to young students. In the future the Cymmetrik Education Foundation will continue to deepen the industry-youth collaboration in Taiwan and is looking forward to working with and mentoring bright young talents on their path to success.
